I need some help with downstream and upstream signals please-new firestick 4k max has been dropping connection for the past few days randomly but will reconnect I was hoping someone could tell me by these pictures if everything looks ok on my network or can see why it’s happening. ISP does not care.

Connection seems to drop off from my fire stick 4k max once in awhile but, while browsing the Home Screen it will say no network connection and then connect back. Running a Speedtest within then settings it reaches 150 or over. My wifi bands are not split. Everything is set to automatic.

PS5 storage section slow at loading results / glitchy ever since connecting my external seagate HDD with my ps4 games on it, is this normal or has anyone else experienced this. I have tried clearing the software cache and rebuilt database. Would’ve used a video but it would not upload sorry.

I made the mistake of starting my game on story difficulty and I’m already up to episode 5, if I am going for the “seasoned porter” achievement I’m assuming I will have to start completely over? Or can I just switch to casual difficulty from the main menu.
