Can I just cut off my granulation tissue with a sterile fine exacto knife? I feel like my nail would actually heal if it was gone? My primary care can’t see me to make a referral until two weeks from now. I’m soaking and asking antibiotic ointment. Would cortisone cream help? Or slice it off?
